At Antique Lamp Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your restoration parts and lighting accessories. If a component doesn't fit your project, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Secure Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate glass shades or brass components are well-protected to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our warehouse using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
